 " Definitely enjoyed my experience at BU, really good facilities and a great location. Great for going out but the uni is also very good on the academic side of things too and staff are great. Utilise facilities and library spaces especially in 2nd and 3rd year. "

 " I have had some issues with getting responses to emails from staff, strikes have effected some of my lectures, some of the lectures were awful, lecturers were not qualified to answer academic questions. There are also some great staff that couldn't be more supportive or helpful. A real mixed bag. "

 " The views are beautiful and there are many student flats nearby for students to choose from. Prices are also very varied. Most of the student accommodation is near lansdownes, which is only about a 15 minute walk from the beach. There is also a good range of facilities, including the SUBU building on the Talbot campus where students can study on their own or socialise, and sometimes there are academic and recruitment events to help students broaden their horizons and find the jobs they want. Our school also works with many companies, such as the famous The Newt Hotel, which we visit to learn how they operate. There is a wide choice of elective courses, so students can choose the one they like.  There is not much homework, with an average of only two assignments or exams per course in the undergraduate programme.  BU also has a new 24-hour library for students to study in. "

 " Overall this university has good facilities and amazing accommodation options. There are so many things to do in Bournemouth including the beach which is beautiful. The social scene is buzzing with so many societies and sports club’s available. "

 " A good overall university with supportive academic and support staff. The content of the course is great and it is enhancing my ability to critique research papers. I would say that there isn't quite enough support in the practical elements of nutrition consultation (though this is likely because many people did this at undergraduate level). However, there is an opportunity to explore professional skills outside of contact hours as there is a 'placement' module, where we are encouraged to do something that will benefit our professional and personal growth. Would be nice if there were more places on campus to study though as it can get quite crowded. "
