" Great university, with some lovely staff members who are always there to help. However for such a practical course, I found it heavily academically based with lots of essays and not actually much makeup application opportunities. "

" My overall time at UCB was enjoyable. I was able to find friends from all over the world and had access to many places (library, think space, postgrad suite...), that supported me in my studies. The lecturers were kind and their industry knowledge current, which helped me to learn about real life examples. "

" Overall, a good institute. I recommend future students to consider studying at University College Birmingham because it has many classes to offer, great academic stuff, nice and cheap food on campus, and it has an overall great atmosphere. Many international students, which is great to have around and learn from. Furthermore, many courses are accredited by University of Warwick, which is the best universities in the UK, and I think that is a great thing for future employment. "

" Appart from being disorganised a specially at the beginning with the timetable and also getting some of the grades later than it should, the University has great facilities. I also experienced to have 3 different teachers at one module because they kept changing them. Even if it wasn’t great I still recommend this University. "

" It’s a good university, they’ve managed to keep thing operating through the pandemic and they have kept in touch with students etc. The accommodation is really nice, and it’s close to all the nightclubs and bars on broad street. There are many computer spaces etc for you to work at and there’s also the city library close by. Only thing I’d say is there are late timetables, so I finish at 9pm after having a 6 hour lesson so I have to walk back in the dark which is a little scary "
