" No trouble at all finding vegetarian food at the dining halls or things to do on campus. Among others, I went to a murder mystery night, ballroom dance club, Argentine tango club, wildlife club, and several LGBTQ clubs. I lived on campus and really liked it because I never needed a car - the university gives students an unlimited bus pass, which helped me get between campuses and around downtown. I loved both of my major advisors, although some of my classmates said theirs were hit or miss. Even when they were out, there were other advisors in the department who helped fill in. I had some issues with administrative staff and higher ups, but only had one professor I actively disliked - not bad. My degree program was solid and hands-on but I started grad school after finishing my BSc so the finding a job within 6 months part is not as applicable. "

" There are some fantastic staff members here, especially in the communication studies dept. I found that both students and staff are kind and willing to help. The college of arts and sciences is a great organization so anyone looking at majors in that discipline should look here. "

" This university is great! It has great faculty. It is a small enough campus to where you do not feel alone, but also big enough to where you are not seeing the same people over and over again. I have had a great experience going to college here. The city of Kearney has great attractions that one can do on the weekend! At this university you do not feel like another "number". You can actually interact with your professors one on one. Professors genuinely care about their students. "

" The University of Nebraska-Lincoln has been an awesome campus for me to learn more and grow into the person I am today. The University of Nebraska-Lincoln offers a range of clubs for students who are passionate to get involved with, classes that encourage students to pursue their interests or get out of their comfort zone, and facilities that encourage physical activity, involvement in specific areas of digital media, and other influential educational opportunities! " The professors are the part I love most about UNL. Most of them are kind and compassionate. They are always willing to help and find outside resources for you if you need them. I was also very impressed with the food courts adaptability during COVID-19. The food at Selleck was almost always ready on time and always very nutritious and satisfying. "
