" Overall Eastern New Mexico University is a great school with access to distance learning for those who are not interesting in moving to New Mexico. Portales, NM is a small town with not a lot to do and a unique cultural experience; thankfully, distance learning and access to class via zoom and mediasite has been amazing! "

" Most of the teachers, classes and advisors are great, the place ENMU really falls at is their student services, with several issues in financial aid causing students to have issues continuing attendance here. They tend to not give you a comprehensive list of what is needed to confirm FAFSA, instead opting to tell students what they need one after the other, making the confirmation process long a frustrating. They also tend to not tell students when issues with their financial aid arise. Sodexo isn’t the best place to eat, and an even worse place to work, but Zime is pretty good and quick and Einsteins Bagels is delicious (but give yourself 15 minutes to wait on food if you order anything that needs to be heated) "
