 " Not a party school but your professors will know you by name.
Beautiful location, beach and hiking within minutes. Lowkey campus, relaxed attitude. You can do really well here and be a big fish in a small pond. "

 " Overall a great school. While this school does have a religious affiliation people of all beliefs are welcome. There is always something going on and some type of event to attend. When I went the school has just finished building the new sports center. I've heard it's quite nice. When I attended our stadium and fields were pretty small and more like something from a high school. "

 " CLU is a really great interdisciplinary school for those who want a well rounded education. The class size is small enough that you can really get to know your professors if you want to, and it is generally a friendly and welcoming environment. Even though it has "Lutheran" in the name there are plenty of people who are not religious who attend this school, and it is a very inclusive and low-key environment. Highly recommend. "

 " Everything is expensive as hell here, so take that into account, especially for the quality of the food. The faculty are really nice though, and there's a wide range of support options for career and personal development. "

 " Decent school in nice area outside of Los Angeles. Not a lot of social activity or organizations but primarily services the local area and commuters. Many professors were adjunct and not necessarily committed to the school or program. "
