 " I would like to see the university grow more. It still feels very small. I would also like to see more offerings of online courses. Lab participation is very interesting and fun and looks good on the resume. Professors are intelligent, but some can be very difficult. Overall they are great. "

 " The school is heavily STEM focused and the social science departments are small with a limited array of classes. However, the classes that are offered are top-notch, and the faculty is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Beyond academics, the parking is a disaster, and the school is struggling to keep up with the ever increasing student population. There are very few food options on campus and the main study area, the CU, is drastically too small. The administration seems very short sighted when it comes to planning and building for future accommodations. Overall, the school is a solid, with a high employment rate for STEM majors post graduation. "

 " Great atmosphere and community. Felt like a small town within a larger city. I transitioned pretty easily from my tiny, rural hometown to the Huntsville area because of the community at UAH. The professors are very knowledgeable and the program was not easy. At all. Well worth the time. Can’t say it was worth the money because I paid only for my last semester. The scholarships ROCK!!!  " The University has nice facilities and the student support services are nice. However, the social scence is lacking, and there are a lot of weird students, to say the least. I'm currently in my first semester, so my perspective is limited. From what I can tell, it's a very good choice for STEM students. The classes are very difficult. "

 " The school is pretty standard in most categories with occasional issues with student services and advisors and parking accomodations. The staff are probably one of the best features of the school. "
