" Clean and good community college. The teachers are friendly and if you attend your classes it will be a fun experience. I like the variety of clubs we have and that everyone takes care of the community GCC has to offer "

" I really like it here. I'm 31 years old and this is my second time in college. There's plenty of help for everything! Financial aid, getting food stamps, tutors in any subject, and even a food pantry where you can get stuff like easy Mac and pop tarts. Really like my professors too but I've had one I didn't care for. "

" I really didn't experience a lot of assistance in regards to what credits were needed or where to even find which credits were needed until halfway through my college career. Frankly, the counselors for the education department specifically seem pretty overworked, but I was not even directed to ask for their help upon my enrollment. I had a much easier, more enjoyable time with picking out classes after being directed to the resources available to me. The best advice I can give is to know exactly what you want to get you degree in, even if it's as simple as general studies, and ask around for a counselor until you bumble in to the office of someone who can genuinely help you.
