 " I love East Bay. The diversity of the faculty and student body makes me feel really comfortable and definitely feels like I'm learning more than other schools. I even attended UC Santa Cruz for a semester first and I have to say, this is by far the better school. "

 " The school is great for certain majors such as nursing. There weren't a lot of opportunities to interact with teachers as they seemed very busy but they were very helpful during their office hours.

Admin staff could be more helpful as they were quick to get a student moving when it came to busy days. "

 " I can only review my experience as an online student. I have never been on the campus. I loved the flexibility and being able to manage my own time. Nevertheless I think that most professor could have put a LOT more effort into creating an interesting curriculum. Most professors just let us read the textbook or articles and we had to summarize them. Rarely did I get detailed feedback. Online classes should be more than just reading and writing about the things you've read. The professors could record video lessons for the students to watch. Some had powerpoints with audio but that is just more readingn with audio in the background. Online students also need to see a face from time to time. And since we don't get immediate feedback on discussions etc. the professors need to find a way to grade on time and give much more feedback. I know it's a lot of work but without proper feedback, it's just reading. And I don;t need to pay a lot of money for that. I can do that on my own "

 " The school charges over $250 for a parking permit for the semester. But overall the classes I've attended are pretty interactive. So far I have found the adequate support when I have reached out to my counselors. "

 " This campus is not a party or majorly social campus. You will not make friends unless you try hard or join clubs and even then some clubs are weird and do not practice what they actually do. However, in the arts building, curriculum is great and they will teach you all the skills you need in a professional setting and you are encouraged to learn new skills even if not related to your major. Shout out to James in the Print Lab for helping everyone out and keeping positive! "
