" Sac State is a very diverse school that has great scenery and the social atmosphere is very nice and lively. The school is a great selection for something on the affordable side. The gym is so beautiful and although some classes are outdated in terms of aesthetic it fits a good amount of people for classes "

" California State University in Sacramento has a great campus. Lot's of green, lots of assistance if needed and everyone is generally friendly. Great food options and lots of facilities to use on your free time or academically. "

" The campus is very lovely and has a lot green to it. There is a lot of renovation projects occurring that are making the the campus itself even better. In terms of the communication department, There were a few among the teaching staff were very good and brought a lot to the subject with each course I took but sadly this did not apply to everyone. The Communications department was riddled with internal political issues that trickled down to the quality of the courses they offered. There are professor that care deeply for the students and their growth but are run ragged trying to fight against the administrative chairs (in the ComS department). "

" The university offers a decent amount of resources for students. However, parking is limited, which can be frustrating at a commuter school. I also feel that charging for sports through tuition should be optional rather than mandatory. Some programs are impacted, but the school does make an effort to help students navigate the process and gain entry into their chosen programs. "

" I love CSUS! The campus is beautiful, especially in the fall when the leaves on all the trees change color. There are so many places for students to hang out and an amazing gym facility that's included with tuition. Even though the campus is in a "bad" part of Sacramento, campus police keep it safe and secure. I've never had any problems with crime or felt unsafe. There are also a number of clubs and sororities/fraternities to join with plenty of meeting spaces. "
