" A good university to go to if you're all about just learning in a nice environment (Also, it's not that expensive!). I have yet to deal with a bad professor. All Professors that I had are caring and actually try to help you out. "

" CSU Stanislaus is an okay school for the money, the area is also okay as well. The neighborhood and social scene can be fun but it's what you make of it. The school doesn't do much in regards to helping you graduate. "

" Very expensive, but it's to be expected. Food is expensive, the have a good pantry which is great though. Their class registration process is terrible, impossible to get classes sometimes. I joined Greek life and would highly recommend. It was a lot of fun. Living on campus is not worth it, I wasted my savings living on campus for 1 year paying 1000/month living in a small space meant for four people with six people and the campus refused to refund anything for the inconvenience. The parking situation is terrible can never find a spot yet they charge you almost $100 for a parking pass. "

" Stan State is a great school overall. I made an easy transition from community college thanks to the friendly and helpful staff at CSU Stan. The campus is clean and very safe. It has plenty of places to eat near campus. The gym is also nice, and usually not crowded. Parking was never an issue (an often overlooked perk). The faculty there was always friendly and helpful. This school is great for nontraditional students, and of course traditional students. The reason I say this is because many nontraditional students can be dissuaded from pursuing their academic goals if they perceive an institution as an arcane society that does not welcome them. The curriculum in my major (Liberal Studies) was very doable, and most courses were fairly easy A's. "

" There’s a lot to walk to get to other buildings. Plus on some days, there’s barely any people on campus, giving off a weird vibe. Its also sometimes finding decent parking, since they shorten it every time, restricting spaces that once were fine. "
