" Overall, nice and clean campus. Endless resources (farmers market, campus store for supplies, cafeteria/cafe and thrift store for those in need), school President is very active with the student body . Only downfall is campus parking, it is a bit rough. While there is a garage, you are required to walk a little (5-15 mins) before reaching any of the building’s where your classes are held. "

" I'm attending mainly online, and working part-time while doing so. I've only ever had one issue with a professor (getting accidentally dropped from the class), and while that was a hassle, it was dealt with in reasonable time.
As I'm attending online, I don't go by campus often; I did attend in-person for a semester, and when I did so, (so long as I had bought a parking pass) I was able to find parking, and the campus, though integrated into the city pretty well, always felt safe. It's also an enjoyably vertical campus. Lots of bridges between buildings along the slight hills. I found it very pleasing and easy to get around. "

" Most of my teachers so far have been very good for a community college. Good tutors if you’re struggling in any class as well. I previously attended Southwestern College and Mesa is better by far. It’s also part of a bigger system and you can take classes at the other campuses and they all count as the same school, so there’s no extra process involved. "

" A wonderful community college in San Diego, CA. Very supportive and inspirational professors, just be sure to do your research before selecting an instructor, of course. The transition onto ZOOM, because of COVID-19, was actually quite organized. The down sides- when I was attending classes on campus a few years back, it was very hard to get an appointment to speak with a counselor. Also, parking was very stressful as well. All around though, a great institution! "

" Overall the school has been great. The only problem for me so far has been the slow response when there has been a medical emergency. I classmate of mine had a seizure on two separate occasions in one class and the response was incredibly slow to get someone to our class. "
