" Overall, great! Graduated in 2019, enjoyed all 4 years of it! I was able to spread my wings and try out different clubs. Most of my professors were amazing, and because of relatively small class size, I could get assistance with assignments and ask questions. Highly recommend! "

" Professors have been very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Resources like career development have been highly accessible and helpful. Strong education but not as much school spirit/emphasis on athletics as I had hoped for. "

" Santa Clara is a special place because it's in the heart of Silicon Valley and offers a wide variety of opportunities in essentially every field. The demographic of people who attend Santa Clara is primarily white middle to upper class, so that can be bothersome, but they also do have many minority and activist groups on campus to make sure that there is representation everywhere. The social scene is really fun, and the business department is great. The only department I highly don't recommend is the math department. "

" A great place to be for tech, since school is located in Silicon Valley. I wish there were more organizations that catered to my interests. School is always under construction which can be both a pro (beautiful buildings and facilities) and a con (inconvenience when walking to classes). School is pretty liberal but lacks student diversity. "

" My favorite aspect of attending Santa Clara University is the small community. I am fortunate my class sizes are less than 30 people and I can have 1:1 engagement with students and professors. The academic and administrative staff are easy to communicate with are very approachable. As a graduate student in tech management, I appreciate how most all my professors work in industry and can supply their industry knowledge, experience, and stories to the classroom setting. Moreover, Santa Clara is an extremely safe campus. My classes end at 9pm sometimes and I am very comfortable walking out of campus to get to my car. The campus is nicely lit, very clean, and makes you feel very comfortable. It is also very close to Safeway and restaurants/coffee shops. My least favorite thing about SCU is that even as a graduate student, I am forced to take 6 units of electives which have minimal relevance to my degree. I didn't feel certain courses were applicable and not any assistance to my career. The only thing I would improve is allowing students to have full control of coursework the may take relevant to their degree and removing the mandatory electives. Overall, I am very satisfied with my choice to attend SCU. As a part-time student, I am so grateful that the classes are offered late in the evenings and early mornings so they don't coincide with my work schedule. The Engineering Management degree I chose to study has also been something unique that not all surrounding universities offer so I am happy to have been able to experience management courses outside of an MBA program.
