" I believe UC Santa Barbara is one of the best UC's. It is all-around a great school, both socially and academically. The campus is old, however, and can use some updating. The view of the ocean from campus is stunning. The majors and class subjects were quite broad/general. "

" Didn't really fit in too well at this school--it's very social but mostly through the party scene, so if you're not into that it can be hard to meet people. I love my major, biopsychology, and have had some great professors and done some amazing research in this field. I'm a Spanish minor, however, and most Spanish classes have been relatively poor. Obviously it's a beautiful campus and there are some great profs there, but I wish I had thought more about the culture there before attending. "

" Amazing school with an amazing social life. Right next to the beach, always something to do can never get bored. Not only is it a school for people who like going out but also a school for those that like to stay indoors. Amazing study culture and environment! "

" Reflecting on my time at UCSB, it was one of the best decisions I made for the environment, facilities, and social activities. When I attended, I found that my highest quality teachers were outside of my major, especially Physics. However, I felt challenged within my major and was successful after graduation working in my desired field. "

" Good experience overall. The pandemic made it strange, but UCSB is a good school with a fun vibe. Most professors are decent, and the requirements aren’t too difficult - easy to double major if you’re in the College of Letters and Science "
