" Great university for postgraduate education, especially if you're pursuing a career in clinical psychology. It's a small institution, but the education standards are rigorous and the teaching quality is excellent. The program does a great job of preparing students for clinical work. However, the campus lacks food options, and there are very few student clubs or extracurricular activities available. "

" Overall, Palo Alto University's PhD in Clinical Psychology program is great. Classes were valuable, professors are knowledgeable, and training opportunities are abundant. The social life on campus could be improved, though COVID impacted this during my time at this school, so perhaps it was different before and will be different into the future. "

" Palo Alto's undergraduate program follows a cohort model and sticks to a two year plan. The program is designed to cater specifically to Psychology students and offers a smooth transition into their graduate programs. While I would recommend this institution, it caters to a very specific kind of student, typically one who is independent but still scream player, who is willing to challenge their perspective, and who seeks guidance from their professors when necessary. " Not a bad place. It is so expensive to live in the area. But I do feel very prepared to work within the field. But the cohort I was with was very close and that was very helpful. The first year is a lot of class work for sure so be prepared to like live at school. "

" Attended PAU for graduate school for a PhD in Clinical Psychology - not a traditional university so some of these things don't apply. For example, accommodations are not provided by the school and we don't have any sports facilities. "
