" Great school with a wonderful psychology master’s program! I’m not sure about the undergraduate program, as I attended my undergrad elsewhere. The program feels very tight and almost like a bit of a family. Most staff are very supportive of your goals and will help you in any way possible! "

" This was a great school for me and I loved the community. Unlike CU Boulder, this school is not so party focused. It’s quiet and the campus is beautiful. The food is not great, especially breakfast. The teachers here are also amazing. "

" I can't speak for other departments as much, but the psychology department at UCCS is phenomenal. They put a lot of emphasis on helping undergrads get involved in research and just about every prof in this department is more than happy to take extra time to help you find your spot in the field. It's definitely not a party school given that (in non-pandemic times) most of the students commute to campus from the surrounding area, so if parties or Greek life is are big deal to you then you'd likely enjoy CU Boulder a lot more. Overall, it's an awesome school with awesome academic and administrative staff that really seem to want their students to succeed. I highly recommend it! "

" A good school, with a decent community, although the majority of students were commuter students. The teachers were mostly very strong and really cared about student success, with a few exceptions. The excel centers were really great, they were basically rooms where you could do homework with a bunch of tutors around to help you whenever you got stuck. The wifi was super fast as well. "

" You get a great education here with small class sizes and great professors. Plus it is not as expensive as other universities in the CU system. The bachelor of Innovation program here is AMAZING. 10/10 nothing else like it. If you're looking for a party school this is not one. "
