" Great teachers and great Programm. The teachers are really supportive and understanding. The classes were all in person. However, as an international student the choice of classes are limited. I loved that we had the opportunity to choose between some elective classes. It did give you some flexibility. "

" With the beautiful location of the campus, many students enjoy their leisure time enjoying nature on Oahu. I had a nice learning experience with a smaller size of classes with many international students at Hawaii Pacific University. "

" HPU is great for academics due to the small class sizes and dedicated faculty. However, if you are looking for a traditional college feel, HPU may not be the best option. There is no greek life, no football and not much of a student culture of closeness. It’s a modern school. "

" You can find better for the price. Not the best place but if you can find it better I would recommend it. Good school for those on scholarship or in sports. Just a huge price tag for a mediocre education. "
