" I loved my time at ULL, especially during undergrad! Getting involved in clubs and organizations is the best thing to do and the quickest way to make friends. In my area of study, the professors and faculty are awesome. They are very knowledgeable, sweet, understanding, and empathetic! The wifi at school kind of sucks, and being charged for some of the fees is ridiculous. The tuition also continuously goes up, and the financial aid office staff could use some work. Some of the buildings need to be redone, as they are falling apart, but they choose to allocate funds toward the sports facilities. Other than that, the UL experience is great. There are always university events to attend, they make homecoming really fun and inviting, and the library is a great place to study and a breeze to find books, academic journals, etc. Lastly, I am a person of color (POC), and the POC experience has improved over time. Did I always feel the most welcomed as a POC at the university? Meh, sometimes, but the push for cultural/ethnic organizations made it much better and more inclusive. Overall, I'll give my experience at ULL 7.5/10. "

" I've enjoyed my experience as a grad student at ULL. My two year program has offered me a lot of opportunities to succeed and network. I'm grateful for attending and hope that other's take advantage of what the university has to offer. The campus climate is unique in that it is filled with supportive staff and faculty and the campus itself is pretty beautiful. I'm happy here, for sure. "

" Out of all schools that I’ve attended and transferred to, this one doesn’t really stand out. I do wish they’d pay more attention to their other majors instead of Computer Science. The social scene consists of mainly bars and if you don’t like bars, there’s not a lot of other places to go in regard to finding and meeting other students. They also so not like to close campus even in emergencies. I went to class on more than one occasion when there was a storm outside. "

" A great school. The counseling center is not that great, at least not with the students not supplied by the school. The MS Psychology program is very clinical focused but is also very research intensive. "

" Overall a great bargain! You get so much for what you pay for. Other universities are so much more expensive for basically the same offerings.
Also they have remodeled and built more since I graduated.
The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The art department had quality instructors that really guided me and my career. "
