" I am an online student. I completed my Master's and is now working on my Doctorate. I believed the academic staff during my Master's was Excellent. As a Doctoral student there were a lack of committee members and it took extensively long to get a Chair. There have been improvements over the past two years. However, most of the chairs and committe members are working with multiple students, along with multiple careers and sometime it's difficult to get responses and feedback on work. The average response time sometimes exceeded two to three months. I have spoken with new students who have mentioned that the school have identified the problems and is putting processes in place to fix the issues. I hope the new process will be more effective because this is a quality school which offers a great education. "
