 " Its a good community feeling university. I wish that it when I wanted to bring in a multicultural sorority they would've allowed it...especially since they already had white sororities on campus. The library is very nice. I love the study rooms there you can escape for a few hours if you need to by yourself or with a friend and just hang out. "

 " Salem State is a wonderful school and has supportive and knowledgeable professors. My major is psychology and I have obtained a great deal of knowledge from my time at SSU. I am going to use this knowledge to pursue my career to become and attorney. I have met many professor who have helped me and supported me in my academic career. "

 " Salem state is a good school, sometimes parking can be frustrated as a commuter, but I've always been able to find a space, i would just have to walk more.  " I would recommend this school and the psychology department. I have felt supported by the staff. The food is not the best especially for someone like me who is gluten free. I wish there were more options. The living facilities are nice, especially after being a freshman. Parking spots are hard to get, but if you get a pass it is a bonus. Both of my advisors are amazing and have helped me so much as far as my education goes. For the most part all of my professors have been amazing. There are helpful services such as disability services, the writing center, as well as tutors. I would recommend this university. "

 " Good state school, good location. Affordable tuition. Recommended for local students who want to remain in state and either commute or live on campus. Professors are mostly good. Location is nice, being in the Salem area, there is alot to do and easy access to public transportation. "
