" None so far, Jackson College is fine for students who need it. I was added through an early college program offered by the high schools in the Jackson area, so it works pretty well. Mark Dehatre is an excellent ceramics teacher, and the bus route runs within the time frame for the majority of the classes. "

" The college is moving over to entirely seven week classes. These seven week classes are not well-designed. They are compressed versions of the full 15 week classes that just don’t work well in this shorter timeframe. The school is under the Luda Chris assumption that these kind of courses will work for everyone. That is just straight up false. They haven’t been working well for me. I’ve been extremely stressed out by these forced time crunches. Teachers in general don’t like the seven week course is either, but the higher ups at the college are forcing them to switch over to them. Given that these courses were not initially designed to be seven weeks I would not recommend coming here. If you are someone that the seven week courses would not benefit even if they were designed well definitely don’t come here. They are moving over to all of their courses being seven weeks, no longer courses being available. "
