 " Nice school. It was a great place to study communication and I really enjoyed my time there. I was able to network, earn scholarships, and find a job shortly after graduating. As a master's student, I also found it to be affordable. I would definitely recommend it to others. "

 " I study remotely so a lot of these questions I can’t answer personally, but the school is wonderful and I am excited to finish my studies there. I’m a first semester freshman in my graduate program as much are student. There will be a time where I can do my internship and I’ll be able to answer the survey more accordingly. "

 " It's a good university if a little small. I don't really live on campus but I know that there aren't a lot of good food options, not within walking distance anyway (I may be biased in that). Other than that, it's fine. Though be warned that I might be wrong about the number of computer labs. "

 " Overall, I was satisficed with my attendance at this university. I graduated with a high GPA; however, one incident does stand out to me where I found staff rather unhelpful. At the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic, my classmates and myself were ghosted by our professor for the Research for the Information Profession class (a requirement to receive our degree). And while many would assume it was covid-19 related, upon further investigation this professor had a history of disappearing on students and not finishing grades. One former student that I spoke to said they had to go all the way to the Dean to get this professor to actually finish grading their work. I contacted my advisor and heard nothing back on the matter. After two weeks of us students all floundering during a major project, our professor finally showed up again with no explanation or apology. "

 " When looking for a high-quality, hands-on clinical experience with diverse populations for Speech-Language Pathology and/or Audiology, Wayne State University's programs knock it out of the park. The Communications Science & Disorders programs graduate with the best clinical & patient care experiences that can be provided in the state of Michigan. From the first week of the first semester, WSU's Au.D. & SLP students are in their respective clinics, familiarizing & learning the real world skills they need. While it is true that other programs may dazzle with prettier campuses; if you want the knowledge & the experience to know how to be a highly competent clinician after graduation, WSU's Au.D./SLP graduate programs are for you.
