 " Amazing Sales program that set me up for success right from my first advertising internship to Saas sales and now my current role. Kalamazoo has continued growing and developing into a beautiful city and community since I graduated.  Highly recommend looking into German Business & Culture and Global Negotiation for Study Abroad with Eckert. "

 " Kalamazoo is a great city to attend college. It has a small-town feel but is diverse and has a lot of opportunities to engage in culture and the arts. WMU encourages students to get involved and to share their voices. There were a lot of emails that went out to faculty, staff, students, and their families asking for flexibility for student peaceful demonstrations. Instructors are passionate about their areas of interest and tend to be researchers too. In addition, they are willing to engage students (even undergraduates) in their projects. I always felt safe on campus, it is well-lit, and if you stay late, campus security is always available to walk you to your car. They also have free busing on campus and around the community and on the weekends there is free ride pickup and drop-offs no questions asked. Bronco Express makes it easy to get questions answered and appointments with the right people. "

 " Fine university. It has its quirks, but all universities do. I would suggest getting involved with the campus community and reaching out to faculty. Faculty can be helpful, but in my experience, you have to reach out first. As with all universities, your experience is what you make it. "

 " Overall a good school! I would recommend if you are going into anything business related Western is a great choice. Campus safety is a bit of a concern i would recommend living off campus if possible. "

 " The facilities on this campus are nice. The fitness center and gym is nice. They rebuilt Sangren hall a few years ago which is nice. There are plenty study rooms available across campus. There is a graduate section of the library with study rooms, study sections, group rooms, and computers. The external community is very small but it's not too bad. If you're a grad student it allows you to focus on your studies. If you're an undergraduate if you find community there then there's some things to get into. It seems like the little downtown is expanding too. Overtime, it does get boring. It's easy to navigate campus. Overall it's a regular college in a regular little city that is mostly consumed by the university at least on one side of it. The graduate school isn't too bad as there are options for funding.
