 " Great school, worst aspect is social life. Many students leave campus after classes. Best way to meet people are through clubs or other groups. Professors are hot or miss. I’ve had great ones and bad ones. "

 " It would not be my first choice. Some departments are good but don't take math. The financial aid office is a disaster. They have messed up my grants, my major, and my funding due to user error on their end. Most of the other staff works very hard but be careful and keep everything documented. "

 " Went to Oakland for summer courses. Most professors were nice, campus facilities were decent. I would tell future students that OU is a difficult school, depending on what professor you get, just from my six months being there. I'm sure if I got the chance to go there again I probably would just choose a different field. The Psychology field at OU was not the best, either professors knew way to much and information would go over the undergrads heads or not enough and students would have to teach themselves. I'm sure there are better programs there, but I can't complain. I came and went. "

 " Great option for those interested in careers in the automotive field. The high number of automotive OEMs and suppliers in the immediate area really helps students be able to build contacts with members of the industry. "

 " Okay school, definitely needs more parking spaces to accommodate all of the commuters. I would recommend leaving at least an hour and a half before your class starts so you have time to find parking. Try to enjoy campus life as well because then you will have come out of it hopefully with a degree and friends. "
