" Overall, UNO is a really great school with a decent campus. UNO's dorm rooms are also unmatched to any of those in Nebraska, the dorms are basically an apartment. One of the downfalls is for the commuting student, parking is impossible and you usually have to park at a different location just to be bussed to campus. "

" The school is affordable and nice to travel to as they have bus passes for cheap or you can buy parking at a reasonable price. The classes are mostly small with some being filled auditoriums. Overall class sizes for my major is roughly fifteen to twenty students. It can exceed pending on the class. "

" I felt like I learned a lot here and I benefited from the academic opportunities available to me but their administration needs a complete overhaul. I was assigned an advisor for my major, but was not informed when that advisor retired at the end of the year. I found out when I needed to sign up for classes and I couldn't book an appointment with her. I am also double majoring so I also had an advisor for my second major. I was once again not informed when my advisor decided to stop advising undergraduates. I don't blame my advisors for the lack of communication, but I feel like the system that assigns students to their advisors should also make sure to notify students when their advisor will no longer be available. " Its a good University. There are many opportunities for you to spend your days. You can always rely on your professors. The people there are always helpful so ask around if you need help. You can get the right price for the right deals if you ask around. You can make friends easily. There are always someone around so you wont feel alone or in danger. The security help people be safe. " UNO has an amazing business program. The biggest con is the lack of parking that the university offers for students. Buying a parking pass does not gurantee a spot, which sucks. Mammel hall campus is a seperate campus that needs more parking. "
