 " I have had a fabulous experience at New Paltz. Professors are caring and supportive. Because it is a smaller school, you have the ability to forge relationships with professors that would not be possible elsewhere.

 " Not much to do in the area but joining a club or partaking in the dorm activities is definitely worth the time. Vegetarian Friendly which is hard to find. A majority of the buildings connect, it would be best to find that path because it does get very cold and rains quite often. "

 " Loved it! I enjoyed my time there and got into a graduate program. I would not change anything. New Paltz is a wonderful area and great school. Faculty are warm and welcoming. Psychology department is great and helpful. "

 " Love the Geology Department here with my whole heart. I transferred here from a community college and could not be happier. My professors even helped me apply for graduate school and I will be attending a master's program in geology next semester fully-funded! "

 " Overall SUNY New Paltz is a great school. I have met many wonderful professors. The campus is a great campus. Only complaint is campus police isn't really great. Depending on the time you get there, it will be difficult to find parking, which is why I'd always get there early. "
