" Overall SUNY Geneseo was a wonderful school to attend. However, being that it is a small state school, there are limited opportunities and connections to make with future employers. The education and business departments are well supported in career development, but as a Psychology student I pretty much had to take all matters into my own hands, I will say that the professors are wonderful, and a small school certainly has its perks. I was able to get to know professors 1-on-1 very easily and was able to create a close community of friends for myself. I have met my best friends for life here, and people were overall just nice. Would not trade my undergraduate education for the world! "

" Geneseo has its ups and downs but overall they have a diverse curriculum, tons of clubs, better food than most. Housing is just expensive and you need to find the right major for you and you'll be fine. Didn't enjoy the bio program but anthropology has excellent professors and classes "

" Great academics, terrible administration. Currently major campus facilities (including the library) are under construction and won't be back up and running until at least 2024, meaning until then there will not be an actual library, only a few small jerry-rigged study spaces. "

" Beautiful campus, social life better than most reviews state. Not enough diversity as far as majors go. I found most professors to be very helpful and hold sufficient office hours. Facilities often had large and inconvenient projects going on. "
