" Overall, the school is very affordable for high quality education. You will come out of college either debt free or with minimal debt. It has some excellent nursing and education programs. The school is very accommodating as well. There is a huge, 3 floor, library with a cafe; a great place to do work and de stress over breaks in between classes! The academic staff is very well versed in their fields and are always happy to help with any class issues. Campus is pretty big and sometimes parking can be difficult, so make sure you give yourself time to find a spot. "

" I am a Junior and majoring in Psychology. I think City College is a wonderful social environment that has a lot of diversity. I also think it's underfunded and should be given more money for more resources. I enjoyed going to campus and I did see that there were a lot of options to join clubs. There is the CPDI program that can give you information on internships and job opportunities. I think that staffs are nice depending on which department you are from. The psychology department has a lot of wonderful staff members that are willing to help you. "

" Hard to make friends since it’s a commuter school and social life is mediocre. You really have to put yourself out there to get involved and make friends, otherwise your experience could be very boring or depressing. However, this is easier said than done and it’s become even more challenging during and after the pandemic. "

" I enjoyed the whole experience and the campus is very nice and serene. The students were very serious, active and involved in academic and social activities. There are some bureaucracies in getting things done but I guess that happens in a lot of other schools. "

" The program itself is okay, it's very rigorous and I learned a lot while I was in this school. Professors are very smart and well rounded. Staff and advisors not as helpful. Infrastructure of the school was falling apart. Overall fair institution and more affordable than most. "
