" The school itself has amazing facilities for the trades they teach here. Staff does a terrible job at helping students become career ready. The film program model is broken, so directing students have a film to direct and show in their portfolios, producers get to produce, editors get to edit. Screenwriters DO NOT get to write student films. The faculty's focus is putting out short films. Which only helps a portion of the students. There should be a focus on connecting students directly to companies that have openings yet there are classes that essentially tell you that you're on your own. You're teaching these kids a trade. So the school should have some type of collaboration with the companies that are in demand of your trade. There's no reason to get a college degree purely for knowledge. I'm no more competitive than someone who is self-taught. A degree from this school is basically worthless. "

" This school is extremely stressful for a conservatory. The administration can drive you up the wall and sometimes refuses to help solve institutional problems and even encourages them. But the Academic/Arts staff are wonderful and the training you will get for your art is high quality. "
