" I was very satisfied with my experience at CPCC. It is an excellent education for the money you spend. I was studying for a trade when I attended CPCC, and it is excellent for that. However, It is still a community college. If you plan to go for a bachelors I would recommend taking your pre-requisite courses here, but I would not recommend taking any major specific courses here. They may leave out some information that a higher institution would include. "

" CPCC is a great community college and has a wide range of courses and programs to choose from. Student Life is very active, but only really so on Central Campus, though this may have changed over the years. The classes are pretty easy, but some of them STEM professors leave something to be desired. Levine Campus is brand new and really nice! Academic advising doesn't always know what they're talking about and I ended up going for a year longer because they told me wrong -- so get familiar with the requirements of your program on your own. It saved me so much money, though, and I ended up getting a full ride to UNC as a transfer student, so I'd definitely recommend it, especially for non-traditional and/or working folks. "

" Very good community college, it's definitely one of the best in the nation, but it is a community college, so it lacks many of the things a full university would have. "

" CPCC is a great school to take classes that will transfer to a regular four year university, the atmosphere is overall pleasant, and I have had only good experiences with the instructors. "
