 " Decent school but since it's a commuter college the actual university feel is lacking. As for the academic staff, I've had less than 5 fantastic professors and I'm soon to be graduating. Again, just a decent school. "

 " It seemed nice, but the classes seemed a little unfocused, like the professors were fine with students wasting lecture time with random or silly interruptions in all the classes I took. The professors were helpful, but it was hard when it felt like they weren't wrangling students that needed to be for the sake of the rest of the class. "

 " As an older returning student, the non-traditional campus makes this university more approachable. Being in the city, the campus blends into Portland and allows students to live off campus but still close. This also allows for more food options, walking a block away from class and there are numerous options. My only complaint is parking, being a commuter I often have trouble finding a parking spot if my timing is off. "

 " I have enjoyed the level of academic rigor and the teachers have been great. My advisor has also been very helpful in instructing what classes to focus on. I have not gotten the chance to try campus facilities, but my other classmates tell me that they enjoy the rec room. I've also heard that parking can be difficult times at peak hours. The only thing that can be intimidating is the number of houseless people you encounter on the way to campus from the train. While generally harmless, there are a few that are inebriated on substances that tend to be obnoxious. I opt for more online classes, so I don't have to deal with it often. "

 " Overall an amazing time for those who are willing to take advantage of the offered resources. The social scene is lacking, but one can attribute this to Covid. There are ample student resources for those who need them, and advisors truly care about the students' futures. PSU's opportunities are endless. Not to mention, the food carts around campus are and absolute treat, with several options you simply cannot go wrong with. "
