" PCC is a great school with multiple campuses that offer a good variety of classes and areas of study. I have never had any problems with any of the teachers, they have all been kind, understanding, and dedicated to their work. The school is very accommodating for all walks of life and is very diverse. I have only had good interactions with other students and have always felt welcomed. Overall my experience at PCC has been great and I do recommend it if you are looking for an affordable college to attend in Portland. "

" Nothing bad about this school it's a cheaper alternative than going to a university and gives people opportunities to transfer to one. I'm not a very social person so I don't really care or talk to other people on campus. "

" Currently in online classes. So far the teachers have been wonderful. Because I am doing full-time classs (5 classes in total), I am always being bogged down with homework but have always managed to finish my work on time. If I have any questions or need help, my teachers have always been quick to respond. I especially like the administrative staff because they have taken the time and effort to send me in the right direction. "

" This is a review on distance learning, since I joined after Covid started. Pretty much satisfied with classes that are online. There are a few teachers that are hard to get ahold of or don’t send responses back quickly, but otherwise I’ve enjoyed my time thus far.
Having online classes, i feel, can be a bit of a challenge. Like I said, some teachers can be hard to get ahold of, which can be difficult to deal with when you’re on a time constraint. In addition, Zoom can be challenging when there are lags or disruptions in the feed.
Before campuses shut down, I have had the opportunity to briefly see what the campus in Rock Creek looked like. It’s pretty nice, with a fair amount of parking. Haven’t had the chance to see what the inside of the buildings look like, though.
Last, office administration has always been very helpful when you have questions or need direction. I have never had any problems with them, they have been personable and kind, and they are normally quick to respond. "

" PCC is a perfectly average community college. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a sizeable nursing program. There are only 30 spots and 500+ applicants. This is a shame because there is a need for nurses in the area. "
