 " Great institution! The professors are top notch and the administration is great. Definitely on par with some of the more prestigious schools out there! Pittsburgh is a great city, not too large and busy. The social scene could be better but there are four other schools in the vicinity. "

 " It was a great school with very smart and ambitious students. There's always a lot of energy to do something new innovative. Students like to collaborate in interdisciplinary activities. I did feel like the social scene was a bit low. "

 " CMU is on of the leading universities of US, a lot of great professors and many opportunities to learn and grow within your field and outside. I got to learn a lot about entrepreneurship and was able to become a CSL fellow. It think this helped me explore how startups are founded, funded and grown. I got to meet many industry experts like CEO of Gecko Robotics ( a CMU alum). My course helped me pivot my carrier from software dev to UXR. So, overall I am really happy with how my academic experience turned out at CMU. "

 " It's nice for me but the social life here definitely leaves something to be desired. I've also had a hard time here being a black, queer woman just in terms of finding people I can relate to. But academically, this place is fantastic and it's small which I also love. "

 " It's a small campus in NASA Research Park. There aren't any sports facilities here. (We're supposed to share with NASA but they closed due to Covid and have not opened since then) The staffs / faculties are very friendly - what you want to experience being in Silicon Valley. "
