" Great affordable University for a developing city! UTC has a wide variety of majors to choose from. The best feature of the college is the Aquatic Recreation Center (ARC). This has state of art workout equipment, climbing gym, basketball courts and a pool w/slide! "

" It's a beautiful campus with a bunch of fun activities and a really great community. The only problems I really had were the lack of free student parking, I think parking should be included with tuition. And while most of the time I felt safe because of security measures in the dorm buildings, there were lots of reports of theft. I mostly attribute that to the area in which the campus is located. "
