 " This university has truly become my home. I have grown and found community here while learning and building my future. Professors are understanding and very contactable. The facilities are being updated. As an out of state student I was welcomed with open arms and never felt out of place. "

 " The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, is a place that truly feels like home. From academics, to athletics, to leisure, UTK has it all. I was able to switch my major easily and immediately fell in love with the business school, Haslam. I am an out of state student and felt as though it was an easy transition and I was welcomed with open arms. There are many avenues to get involved and the resources here are incredible. There is so much natural beauty surrounding the school so I never felt suffocated. I highly recommend to any and all students! "

 " I am currently in this institution. I think that the institution is not very acommodating for international students. It is hard to find housing as a low income person as well. The institution needs to be more active for international student needs. "

 " I am so happy I chose to go here! The professors are willing to be help if you just reach out to them. I will say the parking situation here is a little rough. There are a lot of commuter spots and not enough non commuter spots, so that often creates issues. I feel like my classes are preparing me to go into the business world. "

 " The university is great but it is a pretty expensive school to attend when not on scholarship. The education here is great, and the students have many activities and clubs that they can participate in at the school. However, the parking here is a huge problem. If you drive anywhere and get back later than 8 PM or earlier than 8 AM it is unlikely that you will find a spot to park near your dorm. This can be a problem as I often find myself walking 15-20 minutes to get from my car to my dorm late at night. Overall I think the atmosphere and education here is great, but if you are not on scholarship it is very difficult to afford. The parking can be a problem to many people too, but most people don’t drive a lot anyways because most of the needs are met on campus. There are multiple dining halls for students, and theres a nice street called Cumberland Ave that runs right through the middle of campus. Cumberland Ave, also known as “The Strip” has many places to eat, some grocery stores, some apartments for upperclassmen, and multiple pharmacies to provide for the students. "
