" Received a great education and there were many online options available! The academic advisers were great at keeping me on track for graduation. My teachers all gave me excellent feedback on every assignment. They are available for extra help, or can tell you where to go. "

" I’d definitely recommend UT Tyler to anyone looking for the university experience without the overwhelming size of a huge campus. I never felt lost or out of place; everyone was friendly and helpful. While there’s no football team here, the university puts a strong focus on other sports, especially soccer. "

" Horrible parking situation, good luck getting into housing. Some of the professors are good though. Classes are far more expensive than the nearby TJC but there are good research opportunities if you reach out to your professors. Most classes are pretty good so academically speaking it's a good school. Campus is way too full though, not enough housing or parking. "

" Great school! Social scene could be alot better. There is no where near enough parking because they removed an entire parking lot to make room for a green space. This green space rarely even is used so make you wonder why they would spend millions of dollars on a green space. Especially when the classrooms could be upgrade. There are still chalk boards in these rooms "

" It's a pretty good school. I don't like a few of the professors, but most of them were great. The good options were ok, but it would be great if they could add a burger place or pizza. They serve stuff like that in their cafeteria, but I never ate there, it seemed too expensive. "
