 " The campus is good, but it's quite expensive. I transferred here and like the surrounding area. There's an outdoor mall nearby, and it's close to Austin for concerts and San Antonio as well. However, housing is very limited and costly, with few options available. The area also doesn't seem well-prepared for emergencies. "

 " I have enjoyed the whole experience and the program is tailored for working professionals like myself. The grad advisor support has been great and the classes are well ran and have relevant content. The campus is beautiful and there is plenty of parking. They have upto date facilities and equipment.  " I am in my first semester of graduate school at Texas State. My graduate program is completely online so I can't comment on any on campus services. However, I have enjoyed my classes so far and my professors have been very kind and helpful. "

 " Pretty good school, I was scared at first because of its reputation, but the teachers are very passionate and understanding. They provide good opportunities for career fairs and the range of clubs is really fun and interesting. The amount of people that attend can be a little overwhelming at times and the size of the campus is quite large so make sure to really plan out your schedules! "

 " Overall I've been very happy with my University. The counseling system is lacking but having been a student and a Resident Adviser for one of the newer dorms I think most of the other areas of campus are great.  The staff is friendly, I love my teachers, and I feel like we've handled COVID relatively well. "
