" It’s good. I like it and I would recommend people to come. Just be yourself and do what you want to do. There’s many resources that can help you. There are faculty members that are there for you. So many great people around you. "

" VCU has an urban campus in the heart of the city and provides a very different college experience in comparison to a closed campus or college town. Most students live and eat off campus which can make it more expensive. People have to go further out of their way to make friends and focus because of the nature of city life, but there are much better internship and volunteer opportunities because of the university location and social standing within the community. " My one and only choice. I'm about to graduate and it has presented me with a lot of opportunities in terms of my career and sufficient learning so that I can succeed. Technically my field doesn't need a degree but I think having the discipline and network is what helped the most. It's also one of the most diverse campuses in the state so I honestly wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere else and I absolutely love this city. There's so much creativity and diversity and so many places to eat. "

" I loved my time here and would recommend to anyone. It’s in the city so there’s a lot to do. I went here for my bachelor’s and currently attend for my Master’s because I loved it so much. It didn’t feel that safe but they do offer rides for on buses and as long as you aren’t walking around alone at night you’ll be okay. "

" VCU is a large, diverse and global university that had an urban feel. It was easy to walk to get around campus, and the services overall were great. To future students take advantage. of the networking opportunities and make sure to stay in touch with classmates and professors. "
