" I have been very happy with my time spent at Roanoke College. The area is beautiful, settled in the lovely Blue Ridge mountains. The classes have all been very interesting and taught by professors who truly want you to succeed and learn. The class size is small which allows a lot more face-to-face with professors. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved on campus and prepare to go into the workforce or to graduate school. Of the few less than positives of Roanoke is the lack of activity. It is a small school in a small town so there are not as many things going on as there are in larger schools. However, the great study abroad opportunities (May Term/Virginia Program at Oxford/semester abroad) allow you to get away from campus for a while and explore the world. All in all, Roanoke College is a great place to study. "
