" Not the best school. Most professors suck. It had a dark vibe to it too. The chemistry professors suck the most and the school should invest in better instructors. Everyone is kind of rude. You can definitely find some nice people, if you try though. There's lots of different types of people. I haven't been to any other community college but I am assuming that's how they are. Running start students, first year college students, parents, people much older, etc. Take advantage of the advisors. Make a friend or two in every class and you will survive. "

" I'm an athletic student here at highline. It is a nice small campus that is the most diverse community college on the Pacific northwest. with over 130 languages that are spoken at the campus with english obviously being the base. Everyone in gerneral is super helpful and nice to meet and talk to "

" I'm actually a junior in high school, but the college has a program that lets upperclassmen take college classes early to earn college credits for a transfer program or to earn an AAS degree at the time of graduation from high school. I am there for a paraeducator degree and so far the staff is very helpful and professors knowledgable. Instead of trying to cram knowledge and prepare you for quizzes, the professors want you to understand concepts and prepare you for a job and give you useful skills. I find the campus hosting many events and clubs and has excellent accommodations for the handicapped. Highline College has a partnership with local universities to transfer your credits for higher education. "

" Highline is a great choice for students of different walks. When I attended Highline, they were big on international students attending for higher level education (they still are). Additional to that, they were participants in the Running Start program. Running Start allowed students who were currently attending 11th and 12th grade in high school to take courses at Highline to acquire credits for both high school and college as well. Their student guide/counselors were great at helping students navigate the programs. "
