 " UWM is a great, well-rounded university. Fantastic business school, great resources for work-study jobs, internships, and full-time jobs for post-graduation. The student union is currently being renovated and will be very nice next fall. "

 " Decent research university and in a fun area if you know where you are going.  It was an easy process to get my MBA there while working full time with their flexible options. Some really good professors, however, there were a handful that never would return an email. "

 " I attend UWM-Waukesha as a fully online student (through UW-Extension). Despite this, I still have access to UWM-Waukesha's clubs, societies, and on-campus activities. I only partake in one online club, so I can't speak to the campus facilities, food options, parking spaces, social scene, etc.; however, I can speak a little about the professors I've had. I would say I've been satisfied with about half of them. Maybe it's because I'm an online student, but I've had professors who have been disengaged with their students, providing very little communication and feedback. Sometimes, courses are set up in such a way that I never learn the names of my fellow classmates, let alone interact with them. Other professors have been more involved and truly helpful, and seem to understand the challenges of remote learning. It's a bit of a gamble. 
I am satisfied with my advisor, who has been particularly helpful in explaining which courses are most compatible with my degree. I also very much enjoy the online club I participate in, and I know there are many on-campus clubs for students to choose from. You can even start your own club if you can't find what you're looking for. "

 " It’s a good school, especially for commuters. The professors are decent, and the campus is the perfect size- not too big, not too small. It also a decent network of connecting students to different internships and research opportunities. I specifically was able to find research within the first month of being here, and the school’s Office of Undergraduate Research is a great resource. "

 " Great school! Not much of a Greek life here, so if you are into that, I'd choose a different university. There is a lot of opportunity here at UWM. The students are friendly and it is a very outspoken population. "
