" UW is a great school. The tuition is very affordable and they offer really excellent programs in a lot of their colleges. Laramie can take a bit of getting used to; the town is very small and comparatively rural. "

" I am currently a student at the University of Wyoming. Overall it is an amazing school with great professors and amazing opportunities. To me it is the best school to go to economically as well. As well all know COVID-19 has made things very difficult, my review is for how campus was precovid as it's been an adjustment for everyone. As for complaints my only issue has been with the administration. They aren't very helpful and change dates such as breaks very last minute. Again it is COVID season so some of it is understandable but even when COVID wasn't an issue the administration isn't the best. As for professors, the majority are absolutely amazing and are in the top of their fields. When it comes to getting jobs after college, I know very few people who couldn't find one in their fields with the help the professors give. Not all are like this but the strong majority are. As for the Social Scene I am a member of a Fraternity on campus and the social life is amazing. (Pre-Covid that is, gotta be safe). The campus facilities are top of the line with many new buildings being built, and the sports facilities from the Football field to the all student access gym are state of the art and provide everything you could need. I would recommend the University of Wyoming to anyone interested in going to a smaller school that cares for its students, as well as having a good social life and networking opportunities for after graduation. There are a lot of perks to being the only University in the state. "
