" The University of Maryland is a large campus, with a very large amount of students. There is a large chance you will feel like a nobody, but it is very easy to find a group that you feel comfortable with. There are hundreds of clubs, sports, and programs you can take/join to find friends and people with mutual interests. UMD is very connected with sports, but if you are not interested in going to sports games, no one will judge you. Living on campus is either very good or very bad. Some dorms have no AC and are very old. But the newer dorms are very nice and spacious. Food is ok, if you enjoy eating the same food, this is the place for you. The food is not outstanding, but it is not inedible. "
