" I can’t say too much as I am only finishing my first year, but all my profs have been great so far and I have no complaints besides rising tuition rates. UAlberta is one of the few Canadian universities that offers a physiology program and it is fairly close to home which is why I chose it. Residence is not the best from what i’ve heard, there are definitely other unis with much nicer dorms/food etc. However, UAlberta is a research intensive university which is key in a science program and I am eager to get in the lab when COVID restrictions lift to perform my own research. "
