" Professor/Student ratio is 10:1 which is better than most well ranked Universities. I am currently a senior and have been able to make multiple connections with professors in both my Psychology major as well as my Law and Society concentration. I play racquetball with a few professors and it has been extremely meaningful in finding which careers I wanted to pursue and which I wanted to leave behind. Professors are extremely accommodating and understanding, willing to mold student learning styles based on the culture of the class. There are multiple job fairs throughout the year and significant focus on helping students get to the next level, whether that be career out of undergrad, pursuing a master's, or attending a graduate school.
