" I made myself promise to never recommend this university to anyone. It might be worthwhile for professional advancement, but for the money, faith and trust one might invest on them, it might leave a ton to be desired. I regreted giving this place the benefit of the doubt over and over again. Despite the fact that this was probably the most foreign friendly dutch university, they still had a puritan culture imbued with deeply xenophobic feelings, astonishing greed and a horrendously utilitarian mentality. It's like, either they use you or they hate you. Easy application and admission, but quite difficult to finish studies on time. Guidance for research thesis projects, quite unreasonable, as it's meant to frustrate you (as a rule of thumb I don't recommend working with the autochthonous folk). They just want to use you to gather the data they want, but they don't like it when you "stand out", even if you do it unintentionally and with good intentions. Ill mannered professors and supervisors that are quite keen in tripping up students with confusing requests and attitudes. Not only they do this as a ruse to sell you their prestige along the way, but it's like they also want you to concede them supremacy. On top of that it's also a scheme to make more money from tuition fees. Last but not the least, an institution that is totally in bed with sinister supranational organisations like the World Economic Forum can never ever be trusted nowadays. "
