" My experience with the master's program and its courses was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, the organization felt inconsistent and poorly managed. Schedules often changed without clear communication, creating confusion and unnecessary stress. Many courses lacked a coherent structure, making it difficult to follow the material or understand the learning objectives. The quality of teaching was also below expectations. Some instructors seemed unprepared or disengaged, relying heavily on slides without offering meaningful explanations or interaction. Opportunities for discussion, feedback, or practical application were limited, which made the learning process feel passive and ineffective. In several cases, the course content appeared outdated and not aligned with current industry standards.

Administrative support was another major issue. Getting clear answers or assistance was often slow and frustrating. Simple requests could take weeks to resolve, and communication channels were not efficient.

Overall, the program did not meet the standards I expected in terms of academic quality, organization, and support. Instead of feeling challenged and inspired, I often felt frustrated and unsupported. This experience has significantly impacted my perception of the institution and the value of the program. "
