" Kinugasa campus is placed at the edge of a mountain near Kinkakuji, making hard to access by railways like JR or Hankyu and even Randen. However, there are many bus routes near the campus both Kyoto City Bus and JR Bus. The campus is small. From the main gate to the most another end only takes maximum 5 minutes to walk. Quality of food is mediocre and during the lunch peak, every cafeteria forms a quite long line. However, there are some cheap, student-targeted restaurants around the campus. Safety on campus is excellent. The university hired security officers and they cover not only inside the campus but also some main commute route. "
