" I am satisfied with my overall experience at Birmingham City university and I would highly recommend it if students would like to study fast track courses or to study digital marketing or future media. Tutors are very supportive and helpful and too friendly in a way you feel sometimes they are family not forgetting all other staff such as student support. The university is very secure and offers all the facilities students would need during their journey from laptops to studios and equipments and private rooms. During this pandemic, BCU did not take a long time to adapt to changes as it was ready and acted very quick and offered staff and students all the support and facilities they needed. The only thing I did not like was the food as it was not tasty and not enough options to suit all backgrounds and it also was a bit expensive. "
