 " Intensive program but I feel well prepared because of it. Majority of my courses were online but they had clear expectations and deadlines. The programs are also longer than other post secondary options locally. "

 " Great School! Set programs that allow students to complete education faster. It is known for helping students find jobs after graduation. Heavy workload but it prepares you for the future. Many employers love taking on students that attend British Columbia Institute of Technology "

 " Other than terrible food options, the Burnaby campus is decent. They have pretty good gym facilities with updated equipment. There are lots of group rooms or study tables/areas for group activities and/or solo studying. "

 " Profs are very approachable and accommodating to the heavy work load that students have at their time at school. 

May be a bit difficult to find time to join social groups like clubs because of the work load but there are a ton of events that go on around the year and also a really nice gym facility "

 " I am fairly new to the school and am super impressed by what I have experienced already. This school has actually been thriving during the pandemic. Students have not experienced the learning loss that has happened with other schools. The transition from in person to online, hybrid learning, and now back to in person learning has been seamless. The staff and teachers at this school love our kiddos! It definitely feels like home. The staff's main priority is that students will be safe as they return to in person instruction. Teachers have been on-point with instruction the whole way through . . . I couldn't be happier with what I have seen, and am so glad to be part of the BCIT family!

I love the community experience, and the opportunity to make and see new and innovative theatre. The campus also gives a really homely vibe and feels fresh, which makes heading to your lectures all the more enticing. I’ve really enjoyed my experience at uni this year, despite covid I’ve felt well supported and have managed to learn a lot over Teams etc. I also know that the uni is trying hard to get us back in person which is great.
