" No other comments. The campus is in the small town of Americus, Georgia. It is about 2 hours south of Atlanta and the community is really good. I would recommend for anyone that loves a small town vibe to attend this school. "

" The small class sizes and affordability compared to other colleges are the best qualities of Georgia southwestern state university. The professors, in the psychology department, have been very helpful and passionate about the subject. For high school students living near campus this college is a good option to consider. The lack of food options on campus and limited social activities in the town are drawbacks. "

" It was a good University. I did classes here when I was in high school as a dual enrollment student and they were amazing. The content we learned was not difficult but it was not too easy. It was moderate but I was sometimes challenging. The professors here are wonderful and amazing. They are really helpful. "

" GSW is a great college. The classes are usually fairly small, so it's easy to get to know your classmates. Professors know you by name. All of the professors I've had have been more than willing to help students with difficult material. There isn't a lot to do in Americus, but the school tries to organize fun events for students. For example, they hired a band to perform one night. It went late, but it was really fun. I invited some friends, and we all hung out together at the festival. The school also has a game room, which is really nice. If boredom strikes, you can just go to the game room and play video games or pool with other students. "
